RACESENG Tug Tow Hook 2017+ Honda Civic Si / Type R

Description

A fully functional, track-ready tow hook! In order to design and engineer a truly functional tow hook, RACESENG had to test the tow hook using FEA analysis and then validate or prove that their analysis data was correct. In order to do this, they had the tow hook tested and pulled to destruction at a NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Adminstration) facility. The Tug is capable of an 8,000lb straight pull.

RACESENG wanted the tow hook to withstand any weather conditions it might see, the alloy steel parts of the tow hook have a corrosion-resistant substrate with a black semi-gloss powder coat. The aluminum ring has a matte powder coat.
